Partnership Award from DepEd Division of Carcar City [Philippines]
On December 5, SEEDS Asia was invited to the 5th Partnership Awarding Ceremony – Gawad Pagtambayayong held by DepEd Tayo Carcar City Division-Official at People’s Hall, New Carcar City Hall, Poblacion III, Carcar City, Cebu. The office of the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) along with the division and district level chiefs and supervisors, LGUs, division federated PTA and school PTA, immersion partners, Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG)/Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and Division Faculty Federated Teachers Association (DFFTA) Presidents, and Adopt-A-School Program (ASP) Partners all attended the historic ceremony.
A partnership award, the Kapares Award was given to SEEDS Asia for its unwavering support to the many Programs and projects of the schools in Carcar City that contributed to the accomplishment of their Vision, Mission, and Goals.
SEEDS Asia is honored to have earned the award and commits to continue promoting and expanding school-based disaster risk reduction (DRR) in conjunction with the SDO of Carcar City, whose commitment to cascading projects on DRR Education and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) has remained consistent throughout the years.
