FY 2023 Board Meeting and General Assembly [Japan/HQ]
On 26 May, SEEDS Asia’s Board Meeting and General Assembly were held for the Fiscal Year 2023.
The General Assembly covered the following agenda items:
– Presentation and discussion of the activity and financial report for FY 2022
– Presentation of the plan for FY 2023 aligned with the 2030 Plan
– Appointment of board members for FY 2023
– Discussion of other matters addressed in the Board Meeting.
Before the General Assembly, the Board meeting took place, during which revisions to the SEEDS Asia 2030 Plan, the implementation of a regulation concerning the organization’s social and environmental impact, and the disclosure of other regulations were approved and discussed.
In a world where disaster risks have become more complex and diverse, it is essential to consider our course of action. FY 2023 will mark another significant milestone as we embark on new endeavors. We look forward to working with you in 2023.
