From 2nd to 6th September, Chiefs of School Governance and Operations Divisions from different Schools Division Offices under Department of Education – Region VII visited Japan for a study visit towards sustainability and roll-out of school disaster risk reduction and management. Through discussions with different personnel from different offices such as Hyogo Prefectural Board of Education, Minami Awaji City, Fukura Elementary School and Emergency And Rescue Team by school staff in Hyogo (EARTH), they acquired lots of learning.
