On October 22nd, SEEDS Asia paid a courtesy call to Dr. Arden A. Monisit, Schools Division Superintendent of Department of Education Mandaue City Division. We discussed Japan Study Visit next year, and signed Memorandum of Agreement with Mandaue City Division for the current Disaster Risk Reduction and Management project. The Pilot school witnessed the signing.
