MoU signing with Cebu Province [Philippines]
SEEDS Asia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Governor of Cebu Province, Hon.Hilario P. Davide III. This event was witnessed by Mr. Baltz Tribunalo Jr., Cebu Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer. Cebu Provincial Government also posted it on their Facebook.
