In the 2nd day of the ‘First-Aid, Sanitary and Hygiene Training’ conducted in collaboration with the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), it was organized and emphasized for all the participants from the Sant Atulanand Convent School, its associated society, Swastik Gardenia Society, and the Central Hindu Boys School to ‘observe’, ‘listen’, ‘touch’, ‘think’ and ‘practice’ the training’ contents. This participatory training enabled us not only to gain knowledge in brain but also to acquire practical skills by physical body. There were always full of energy to learn and smiles. Moreover, the interaction through group works deepened the intimacy between school and society, which is a key to a successful mock drill, a next activity.
