Tamba City Event for Rehabilitation [Japan]
On August 27, SEEDS Asia collected messages from people in Tamba for the earthquake-affected in Kumamoto. People in Tamba were severely affected by the heavy rain in 2014, and are now cheering up those in another part of Japan.
