On November 10, a national-level forum was held by SEEDS Asia, Philippine Department of Education (DepEd), JICA, and their partners. The purpose of this forum was to share Japan’s experiences of DRR Education and report existing sound practices that are implemented in the Philippines. Secretary and Under Secretary of DepEd attended and gave a speech and lecture. Two experts represented SEEDS Asia and shared their initiatives both in Hyogo Prefecture and Kesennuma City.
