Assigned schools of DRR Education in Tamba City are promoting their unique activities. On October 25, Takeda Elementary School conducted “DRR Orienteering” which combined an existing “orienteering” activity where students visit their local residents or organizations, and DRR. Students of the School visited an affected farm by the 2014 torrential rain that is now cropping hydrangea, and an affected temple. In both places, the students were told about the situation of the said disaster and the importance of life.
