Teachers’ Training on DRR Education in Kesennuma [Tohoku/Japan]
From 15th to 17th September, Axa-Unesco Teachers Training on DRR Education was conducted. SEEDS Asia cooperated as a resource group. In this training, lectures on improvement of DRR education in Kesennuma after the East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami as well as observation of tsunami-affected areas was done to teachers who had been selected nationwide. The teachers will practice DRR education at their schools in near future.
