Myanmar Flood emergency response team was formed [Myanmar]
On 5th Aug: Myanmar Flood emergency response team was formed among volunteers from Young Engineering members of Myanmar Engineering Society and students from Chindwin College with SEEDS staff. SEEDS has shared Sphere standard and basic points of Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) for emergency response in order to ensure quality emergency operation in the flood affected area.
After the lecture session, team leaders are selected to discuss the further activities through collecting information. We are going to depart for Mon State on 7th and the next operation is planned in Bago Region.
