The National level workshop for “Enhancing Comprehensive School Safety” was held on 19th February in Yangon to share the progress, achievements, and lessons of the project for improvements for further implementation. Concerned government officials, DRRWG, DPRE membered organisations and the people from Nabekone Village participated the event. We all shared the projects on CSS especially for pillar 1: Safe learning facilities during the WS and committed to work together for further activities to promote CSS in the country! Along with the event, we celebrated the 10th year birthday of Mobile Knowledge Resource Centre (MKRC) which had developed with MES after Cyclone Nargis for awareness on DRR in the country in 2009.
