On December 11th, SEEDS Asia delivered a lecture on international and domestic frameworks for disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) as an introductory topic for the training on DepEd 23 DRRM Modules, in which 15 out of 23 were culled out for the training. This was organized by DepEd Tayo- Talisay City Division. Approximately 50 non-teaching personnel from Talisay City participated in the training.
