SEEDS Asia invited Vietnamese educational officials from the MoET, Danang City and Quannam Province to Kesennuma, Japan, to conduct an exchange program for DRR education. It was conducted from 7th to 12th of July in financial assistance with CWS-Japan. Very fruitful discussion was made in this program.
