Year-end assessment and action planning meeting [Philippines]
On December 13th, SEEDS Asia together with Cebu Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) organized Year-end assessment and Action planning meeting in Cebu City. Department of Education (DepEd) Region 7 Office, Pilot schools, Division Offices from DepEd and Local Government Units from 10 Pilot areas of current DRRM project participated. Around 30 people participated. Each participant presented achievements of School DRRM this year, and discussed improvements for next year. On 18th, SEEDS Asia was invited to A Learning Conference: Cluster Approach on Community-Managed Disaster Risk Reduction by Cebu Provincial DRRMO in Cebu City. SEEDS Asia presented current DRRM project to the participants mainly from Community.
