TOT with Young Power of Danang [Vietnam]
The first day of TOT (Training of Trainers) was held in Danang university of Education 80 % of graduates become teacher. Implemented program was School walking, which is an activity that vulnerable places are checked and mapped on a drawing paper, and finally that safe places and route are found. Amazing! As soon as each student-group finished a presentation, it was hit a barrage of questions from other groups and became busy for response. Next group was as well. Those Question-Answer sessions continues after all 10 groups’ presentation. Can you imagine how training arose? The integration mood of students and a trainer of advancing to the same direction filled in the training room. Through this program, students were supposed to find safe places.
