On 6th May 2016, SEEDS Asia in cooperation with Geography Department of Dagon University organized a ceremony for signing Memorandum of Understanding with Dagon University in order to cooperate with research activities of the project called Myanmar Consortium for Capacity Development on Disaster Management (MCCDDM) funded USAID. The Rector of Dagon University, Dr. Hla Htay, made a speech about the importance of sharing knowledge, skills, and experience not only on disaster risk reduction and but also any other various fields related to geography and disaster risk reduction at the international level.
