On January 26, SEEDS Asia was invited to Cebu Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO)’s conference with local DRRMOs. SEEDS Asia introduced itself and the JICA project, and requested cooperation from local DRRMOs in the later part of the project. Since this project is about DRR education “through the cooperation of the local communities”, it is very important to keep a good relationship with each local government.
